Beach Lovers Blue Room

This is a day trip if you want to explore nature and feel adventurous

The Blue Room is a cave under the sea, the easy way to get there is by Playa Santa Cruz (WestPunt beaches) with Captain Goodlife (@therealcaptaingoodlife). He lives there and offer Kayak rentals and a boat trip including a stop in the Blue room.

In our beach day in Playa Santa Cruz, a public and free beach, we asked Capitain Good life the water conditions before take the trip, sometimes it is difficult or not possible to enter into the cave. When we went the conditions were good, the water was quiet and we could see a space between the water level and the arch entrance of the cave. We still have to hold our breath and swim under the water to cross the entrance and get inside the cave ( remember keep calm and not go up in this time, you will hit your head with the cave); a snorkeling gear is needed to explore the cave. It is better with flippers to swim faster.

Be sure you are able to swim if your intention is to get inside the cave, that day we were quiet scary and after we crossed the entrance arch we realized the wide of the entrance is not that wide. Maybe it is about a meter, but we are sure this is not for everybody.
